Booking your Appointment with Mint Hair by Ellie Jane

CANCELLATION & DEPOSIT POLICY

A Deposit will secure your appointment and will be taken off the full amount of your service, with the remainder due at the time of appointment unless you require to make a future booking on the day, then it will be held and left credited to your account.

If you cancel your appointment with more than 48 hours notice and do not attempt to reschedule, 90% of your deposit will be refunded, with 10% taken to cover administration costs.

If you cancel your appointment within 48 hours of your appointment time, your deposit will not be refunded or transferred, and you will be required to pay another deposit to secure another appointment.

All bookings require a booking deposit/fee except Hair Extensions. All Extension services will require 50% non refundable deposit 2 weeks before appointment.
